How does the Free 30-Day Trial membership work?
When you sign-up for ShopRunner's FREE 30 day trial, you'll have access to Unlimited FREE 2-Day Shipping at the best stores, free shipping on returns, and member-only deals. Use the service as much as you like. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can cancel at any time during the trial period and not be billed. Once your trial period ends, you will be billed the annual $79 membership fee. If you choose to cancel during your free trial, you can easily do so on the ShopRunner website. What stores are participating in the program?
To see a listing of retailers that are part of the ShopRunner family, click here. Be sure to check back often, since new retailers are being added all the time.
How do I know what items are eligible?
We have partnered with the biggest and best retailers so you can continue to shop your favorite stores online. On participating retailer sites, you will see the ShopRunner logo displayed next to all eligible items. This ShopRunner logo means the item will ship 2-Day FREE. ShopRunner only ships to physical addresses in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Any shipment to a PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO address is excluded from the ShopRunner program.
Do I need to log-in to ShopRunner at every Retailer Site?
Yes. To ensure that we recognize you as a ShopRunner member, you will need to sign-in at each retailer site before checking out. Signing in with your ShopRunner User Name and Password will ensure your eligible items in your cart will qualify for FREE 2-Day Shipping.
Do phone orders or purchases made in a partner's physical store qualify for the ShopRunner Program?
No. ShopRunner is only available for online purchases. Be sure to look for the ShopRunner logo next to an item. This logo means the item qualifies for FREE 2-Day Shipping.
Shipping and Returns
What are my shipping options with ShopRunner?
Eligible items, (those with a ShopRunner logo next to them) will ship FREE 2-Day. All items shipped with your ShopRunner membership will arrive to you promptly via shipping partners like UPS.
ShopRunner only ships to physical addresses in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Any shipment to a PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO or international address is excluded from the ShopRunner program.
FREE 2-Day Shipping - How quickly will my items arrive?
"2-Day" Shipping means that the item(s) will arrive at the shipping address within 2 business days from the time it leaves the warehouse. There is some variation in how quickly stores are able to process and ship orders. Both ShopRunner and our participating stores are committed to do our best to ensure that product is delivered within 2 days from the time the order is placed..
However, certain factors can result in longer delivery times, including the time of day you place the order. Most stores have "cut-off" times each day. Orders received before store cut-off times are shipped that day. Orders shipped after cut-off times are shipped out the next day. Please consult each store's shipping policies or FAQs sections of their websites for more specific cut-off time information. Additionally, out-of-stock, personalized and customized products are shipped so that they will arrive within 2 business days from the time the store sends the product. In most cases, the store will publish shipping policies for these items.

Why didn't all my items qualify for ShopRunner shipping?
It is likely that your cart contained an item that was ineligible and did not qualify for free shipping. In these instances, the retailer charged a shipping fee for each ineligible item.
It is ShopRunner's goal to provide you with FREE 2-Day Shipping on as many items as possible, however, there are some items that simply do not qualify due to the product's shape, size, weight, or for some other reason.
Be sure to look for the ShopRunner logo next to a product listing. This logo means the item will qualify for FREE 2-Day Shipping. Please see the retailer website for full shipping information on any ineligible items.
Is return shipping really unlimited and free?
Yes! As a ShopRunner member, free return shipping is another benefit of the program. We want you to be happy with all of your purchases, so don't worry if you don't like something, or you've changed your mind. You can send any eligible item back at no cost to you. How do I track a shipment?
Tracking a shipment is easy. Sign in to your ShopRunner account, and select Track my Order.
What should I do if I need to return an item, and how do I print a return label?
As a ShopRunner member, we make returns easy and free of charge. Just follow these instructions:
Call your retailer first! If you need to send something back, a good first step is to call the retailer where you made the purchase. Their toll free number should be included in the package materials. The customer service rep will provide instructions on how to package and process your return.
If the store will pay for the return shipment, simply complete all their materials to return the package and drop it off at the required location. There is nothing further you need to do.
If the store will not pay for return shipping, your ShopRunner membership will cover these charges. Simply follow these instructions:
Step 1: Sign into your ShopRunner Account and select 'Track Shipment / Return Label' on the left.
Step 2: Select your recent shipment (that needs to be returned) from the list provided.
Step 3: Click the "Get / Reprint Return Label" link to create your UPS return label.
Step 4: Box up your materials, complete any required return forms, attach the shipping label and bring your package to an authorized UPS drop-off location.
Remember, you'll always have the convenience of FREE return shipping as long as you are a ShopRunner member.
Does ShopRunner ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?
Most retailers* will ship ShopRunner eligible items to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico and the shipping will be free, but please note there are some regions that cannot be reached in 2 business days. If you have any questions about our service for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please call 1.888.721.7467
*At checkout on a retailers site, you will be notified if your order cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico using ShopRunner.
Payment Info
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal are eligible for payment of your ShopRunner membership. Do not sign up for ShopRunner with a debit card. Also known as a "check" or "ATM" card, a debit card typically has the word "debit" printed on the face of the card. MasterCard uses a unique debit hologram above the MasterCard logo. Visa identifies its debit cards as check cards and prints the word debit above the Visa logo.
For your security, your account billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
How much does ShopRunner cost and what will the charge look like on my credit card statement?
We offer different membership plans with different prices. For example, our annual membership costs $79.00 and our monthly membership costs $8.95. The ShopRunner entry on your credit card statement will appear as follows:

Account Information
How do I print a receipt for my annual membership?
To print the receipt for your annual membership fees, please sign in to 'My Account' and go to the Financial Transactions page to print a copy of your receipt.
Does my membership automatically renew?
Yes, your membership will automatically renew. We will charge the payment method you have on file on your membership anniversary date. Your renewal date is available in the Account Settings section of 'My Account'.
If you want to cancel your membership, or if you need to update your payment information, you can go to the 'My Account' section at any time and make the changes. To ensure your ShopRunner benefits continue, you can keep up to three credit cards on file with us. If your primary payment method is unavailable, we will use a secondary payment method. If you would like to turn off the auto-renew feature, sign in to 'My Account' and adjust the settings to "do not renew."
How can I cancel my ShopRunner membership?
You can cancel your ShopRunner membership at any time by visiting the Account Settings page of 'My Account'. When you cancel your membership, the benefits will end immediately.
If you have canceled within the 30-Day Trial Membership, the payment method you have on file will not be charged -- even if you have used the service.
If you are canceling after your 30-Day Trial Membership has ended and you or a member of your family has not used the service (even within the free trial period), you will receive a full refund.
If you are canceling after your 30-Day Trial Membership has ended and you or a member of your family has used the service (even within the free trial period), you will not qualify for a refund of the membership fee. There are no partial refunds.
You can continue to enjoy your benefits through the end of your membership period if you choose the Do Not Renew option. If this is selected, the payment method you have on file will not be charged on your renewal date, and your benefits will end at that time.
Can I cancel my trial membership without getting charged?
Yes. If you cancel within the 30-Day Trial Membership period, the payment method you have on file will not be charged - even if you have used the service. Once you select the Cancel Membership option, the benefits will end immediately.
To cancel, you will need to go to your account settings and Cancel Membership BEFORE the end of the 30-Day Trial.
What if I had a problem using my membership on a participating retailer's site?
If you experienced any problems using your ShopRunner membership on a retailer's site or were charged shipping fees for qualifying items, please contact us at memberservices@shoprunner.com or 1.888.721.7467. Be sure to have your order information handy so we can investigate. We will work with the retailer to get the problem resolved. Remember, ShopRunner FREE Shipping only qualifies for online orders.
How do I change my password or profile information, such as my address?
Your account information is stored on the Account Settings page. To update your profile information, sign in to ShopRunner and click Account Settings.

Single Sign-On
Do I need to log-in to ShopRunner at every retailer Site?
No. If you take advantage of ShopRunner's Single Sign On feature you don't need to log in at every retailer's site.
What is Single Sign-On?
Single Sign-On is a feature that allows you to sign in once and gain access to ShopRunner on all participating retailers without being prompted to log in separately at each of them.
How do I set up Single Sign-On?
When signing in to your account for the first time on a participating retailer's site, enter your Username and Password and check the box that says 'Keep me signed in.' Selecting 'Keep Me Signed In' will automatically sign you in to your ShopRunner account when shopping our participating stores.
It is important to note that Single Sign-On settings are managed per individual device. Logging in and Setting Single Sign-On for a single device (PC, Tablet, Mobile) does not automatically log you in across all of your devices. This also means if you choose to log out of Single Sign In, you will only log out on that device.
How do I log out?
In order to log out, simply click the 'Sign Out' button on any of our participating retailer's sites and you will automatically be logged out across all sites.
Does ShopRunner share my personal information with the retailers?
No. Your personal information is kept confidential and is not shared with any of our participating stores.
Does Single Sign On work in all browsers?
No, depending on your browser type and security settings, you may not be able to enable the Single Sign On feature.
Other Services
Can I Invite a Friend and earn cash rewards?
ShopRunner Members can invite friends to join ShopRunner by going to the Invite a Friend page in the 'My Account' section. Enter your friend's email address, include our standard messages or create one on your own and we'll send them an invitation link and instructions on how to join. If your friend purchases an annual membership and uses the service, you will receive a $10 check. Alternatively, if your friend purchases a monthly membership, you will receive a check for $5, after they have used the service and been a paid member for two consecutive months.
You can also post a personal invitation link on Facebook or other locations where you spend time with your friends online. There is no limit to the number of people you can invite and we know they'll enjoy being a member of ShopRunner too. Sign in to your ShopRunner account and select Invite a Friend. ShopRunner does not pay cash rewards for Promotional or Free Memberships.
Can I invite Household Members to join ShopRunner at no additional cost
Yes, ShopRunner Members can invite up to four household family members to join at no additional cost. Go to the Invite Household Member page in My Account. Here, you can add new household members, check the status of invitations, and manage your current household members.
We'll send them an email inviting them to register to complete the set up of their account.
Can I purchase a ShopRunner membership as a gift?
A ShopRunner membership makes an excellent gift for all your favorite online shoppers. To purchase a gift membership, click here to give the Gift of ShopRunner.
What are the countries that are considered to be prohibited as the country of origin for an application to join ShopRunner?
ShopRunner only accepts billing addresses from the United States and Canada. However, we also evaluate the country of origin for an application. We reserve the right to add or remove countries from the list at anytime.
