Our Policies
We want you to be fully satisfied with the ShopRunner experience. Our policies define what you can expect from being a ShopRunner member. Once you sign up for ShopRunner, you accept our policies (including our Privacy Policy) as well as our Terms of Service.
Membership Benefits
ShopRunner members are entitled to FREE Two-Day shipping on all purchases of eligible items from participating retailers with no minimum purchase. Additionally, ShopRunner members receive Free Shipping on Returns of eligible items and exclusive offers from our participating retail partners. ShopRunner members may invite up to 4 Household Members at no additional costs. Depending on the Services ShopRunner elects to provide in the future, members may also be able to take advantage of expedited ordering or checkout processing with participating retailers.
Item Eligibility
On participating retailer sites, you will see the ShopRunner icon displayed next to all eligible items. This ShopRunner icon means the item is eligible for FREE 2-Day Shipping for ShopRunner members.
Shipping
- "2-Day" Shipping means that the item(s) will arrive at the shipping address within 2 business days from the time it leaves a retailers warehouse.
- ShopRunner ships to physical addresses in the contiguous United States. Most retailers* will ship ShopRunner eligible items to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico and the shipping will be free, but please note that some regions cannot be reached in 2 business days. - Any shipment to a PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO address is excluded from the ShopRunner program.
- Two-Day shipping is a term we use to determine your estimated delivery date (this term does not reflect product availability or order processing time);
- We may ship the products by ground or air at our discretion (these terms do not correspond to any carrier-branded shipping services);
- Our carriers usually do not pick-up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays
- We do not guarantee delivery of products within the estimated transit time or by the estimated delivery date.
- If only some items in your order are eligible for ShopRunner, you will pay applicable shipping charges for the ineligible items.
*At checkout on a retailers site, you will be notified if your order cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico using ShopRunner.

Returns
For items shipped via ShopRunner we will provide you with a postage paid return label that can be used to send ShopRunner eligible items back to the retailer. In all cases ShopRunner members need to follow the retailer's return policies and instructions. If a particular retailer offers free shipping on returns we will direct you to return the ShopRunner eligible item through the retailer's standard process. To obtain your pre-paid return label simply sign in to the My Account section on www.shoprunner.com. Next to each eligible order there is a link to generate a pre-paid return label. Print the label, affix it to your return packaging and follow the rest of the retailer's return instructions. Please remember that only items shipped via ShopRunner are eligible for free returns. If you purchase a non-ShopRunner eligible item from a participating retailer or if you purchase items from any ShopRunner participating retailer prior to joining ShopRunner, you will not be able to obtain a pre-paid return label from us.
Checkout Services
ShopRunner may, from time to time, also offer programs that help process checkouts, including programs that provide for the release of stored information to applicable retailers. If you elect to use these programs, we will disclose certain information that you provide to us to the applicable retailers.
Participating Stores
Retailers that are part of our ShopRunner programs can vary from time to time. To see a listing of retailers, click here to go to our participating stores page. Be sure to check back often, since new stores are being added all the time. Not all retailers may participate in every ShopRunner program, for example, retailers that participate in our 2-Day Shipping program may not necessarily participate in our checkout related programs. From time to time, ShopRunner may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove retailers or the programs that such retailers elect to participate in.
No Account Sharing
ShopRunner accounts are intended to be used only by the individual who registers the account. Sharing or otherwise allowing anyone other than your invited Household member access to your ShopRunner account is prohibited.
Personal Use Only, No Resellers
SHOPRUNNER IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR MEMBERS WHO PURCHASE PRODUCTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF RESALE OR USE SHOPRUNNER TO SHIP PRODUCTS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS OR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.
Trial Membership Cancellation
Trial memberships are limited to one per person. ShopRunner reserves the right to reject or terminate your trial membership at any time, for any reason. You can cancel your trial membership at any time.
Membership Cancellation
Free Trial MembershipsUnless you notify us before the end of trial membership that you want to cancel your membership, your ShopRunner Trial membership will automatically convert to Paid Membership and you authorize us (without notice to you) to collect the applicable membership fee using any credit card we have on file for you. The membership fee will depend on the type of membership you select (i.e., annual or monthly).
Subject to certain limitations as stated in the Terms of Service, if you cancel your ShopRunner membership before you or your Household Members have made any eligible purchases, we will refund your paid membership fee you paid for the current term of your membership. For an annual membership, if you, or your registered household members have made any eligible purchases only during the designated trial period, a full refund will be given if you cancel your membership. If eligible purchases are made after the designated free trial period by you, or your registered household members no refund will be given if you cancel your membership. Monthly memberships, which may start with a free trial membership, will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's membership fees.
Promotional & Promotional Pre-Paid Memberships
From time to time we may offer memberships of varying duration including, but not limited to 1 month, 3 month or 6 month memberships. Generally, Free Trials are not offered with these products. As such, payment is required upon completion of the registration process.
At times Promotional Pre-paid Memberships may be offered through 3rd party partners who collect the payment directly from the customer (you) and provide a PIN (Personal Identification Number) which can be used to complete the registration process on www.shoprunner.com. Memberships purchased via 3rd parties that result in the delivery of a PIN number are non-refundable regardless of how many times the service has been used. ShopRunner does not pay cash rewards when inviting friends for Promotional or Free Memberships.
Promotional Memberships may only be offered on www.shoprunner.com. Payment will be collected by ShopRunner upon completion of the registration process. For annual memberships, if you cancel your ShopRunner membership before you or your Household Members have made any eligible purchases, we will refund your paid membership fee in full (subject to certain limitations as stated in the Terms of Service).
Please note, we cannot guarantee the processing of cancel requests through email. To cancel your membership, access the cancel link located in the Account Details section of My Account, or contact ShopRunner Member Services at 1.888.721.7467 (SHOP).
Fees and Renewal
Only credit cards are eligible for payment of your ShopRunner membership. Do not sign up for ShopRunner with a debit card. Also known as a "check" or "ATM" card, a debit card typically has the word "debit" printed on the face of the card. MasterCard uses a unique debit hologram above the MasterCard logo. Visa identifies its debit cards as check cards and prints the word debit above the Visa logo. The ShopRunner membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in this document or the Terms of Service. Taxes may apply on either or both of the membership fee and the reduced shipping charges for ShopRunner.If your ShopRunner membership is renewed within 30 days of when your ShopRunner benefits end, the new membership period will be extended for a new term from the original renewal date. Memberships renewed after 30 days of when your ShopRunner benefits end will be extended for a new term from the day you are charged.
This includes those memberships (Promotional or Promotional Pre-Paid) that may have been less than one year during the initial membership term. For example, a 3-month promotional membership will convert into a 1 year membership at the conclusion of the 3-month promotional period. Renewal terms for monthly membership plans are one month at the then standard rate.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE RENEWAL THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR SHOPRUNNER MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE, USING ANY CREDIT CARD THAT WE HAVE ON FILE FOR YOU. ALL FEES RELATED TO A RENEWAL OF A SHOPRUNNER MEMBERSHIP ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Termination by ShopRunner
We may terminate your ShopRunner membership at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will give you a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your membership for annual memberships and number of full days remaining in your membership for monthly memberships. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the ShopRunner membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user. We may also terminate your account if we determine that fraudulent payment or address information was used during the sign up process, incomplete or invalid information was provided or the country of origin where the application emanated from has been identified as a prohibited country. To view a list of countries currently prohibited please see our FAQs. We reserve the right to add or remove countries from the list at anytime. Please note, ShopRunner only accepts US and Canadian billing addresses. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Policies will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Conditions
We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in our discretion.
